Geisha 1500

We find that the aromatic qualities that make Geisha coffee unique don’t start to express themselves until the plants start being grown at 1,400 meters above sea level or more. Every lot is subject to the same strict ordering as our other coffees to ensure the highest quality. These lots are available only washed processed, and are dried on the patios and in the Guardiola dryer.

Where It Grows

Geisha 1,500 collection coffees come from a blend of our Geisha producing farms (Cañas Verdes, Jaramillo, El Velo).

Esmeralda Geisha 1500 will be discontinued in 2021.

Esmeralda Private Collection coffees exhibit the classic aromatics that have made people from all over the world fall in love with Geisha coffee: floral, fruity, high citric acidity, bold cup and juicy body.

Every coffee in Hacienda La Esmeralda is picked at the absolute peak of ripeness, and this in combination with Esmeralda Private Collection’s high altitude leads to a sweet, bright, delicious cup.
